Refund policy

Returns


We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery, in accordance with European Union consumer law.


A return is accepted only if all of the following conditions are met:

• The item has not been worn or used

• The item is in its original condition

• All original tags, seals, and packaging are intact

• Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is provided

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, except in cases of defects or errors on our part.



Non-returnable items


For hygiene reasons and to protect the integrity of our brand, we do not accept returns for the following items:

• Bodysuits, body-corset, lingerie, tights, stockings, and other intimate items

• Custom-made or made-to-order items

• Sale or discounted items

• Gift cards

Exchanges


We do not offer direct exchanges.


If you wish to receive a different size or model, please:

1. Request a return for the original item

2. Place a new order once the return has been approved


This process allows us to handle orders efficiently and maintain accurate stock levels.



Defective or incorrect items


Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.


If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery, providing photos and your order number.


We will review your request and offer a replacement or a refund, where applicable.



Refunds


Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.


If approved:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

• Processing time is up to 10 business days

• Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund
